SADHANA

Depending upon the interaction of Ratikriya (Involvement of Sex), Sadhana can be two types:

2. External Tantra Sadhana (ETS)

No interaction with Ratikriya, means the involvement of sexual activities are not allowed during Sadhana. Single individuals prefer this. Most of Saints prefer this. Couple can prefer but there may arise the high risk for the couple from the Ratikriya.

For obtaining any thing, there are no boundary yet but two forms of negativeness (One is your negative thoughts, fear from unsuccessful and another is some people always do nothing but always hampers the positiveness of others) always compel you to say there are nothing at the end but if you have confidence and if you continue with confidence then all negativeness turns into positive that is success.
